My approach to working with bodies revolves around attention and openness. It can feel like slowing down, tuning in, watching, listening, touching, asking questions. When we allow what presents itself to be felt and heard, we can make space for transformation.
My hope is that we may both be surprised by the freedom possible.
I grew up in southern Oregon and now live on Nonotuck land in Northampton, MA. I share home with my Love, Bruno, his two kids, our wispy cat, great white dog, and feisty gecko.
